Valley Bands Tonight with FMHS

Hello everyone!

I’m proud of the students and the performance they gave Monday at the first valley band exhibition and I’m looking forward to the next two! I hope you enjoyed the performances as well. The students have worked extremely hard in preparation for this. Mr. Snell will not have tickets at the gate for you as they were all handed out to students this week.

I have been asked to communicate a few reminders to you about your participation as an audience member for these events.

By receiving a ticket for each event you agree to the following event guidelines:

· All people are required to wear a mask when entering, exiting and moving about the stadium. If you have a medical exemption to not wear a mask, documentation from your doctor is required. When seated and stationary, people may remove their masks if the physical distancing guidelines are followed. Complimentary masks will be available at the entrance gate if you need one.

· All families need to sit with their family group and maintain at least 6 feet in all directions to other family groups. Green dots are marked on the stadium bleachers to help facilitate this distance.

· All spectators will need to enter the main gate of the stadium by 7pm. Gates will close during the event. CHS will be sitting in the East stands.

I (and I think you too!) are grateful for these exhibition events for our students. These guidelines are in place so that we can have these events. It would be awful if they could not continue due to people not following the guidelines. Your help with this is appreciated!

AND

Please continue to cheer for the students!

Please continue to enjoy and appreciate the opportunities we have!

Please continue to tell your student how much you enjoy watching them perform and how proud you are of them!

Valley Bands Tonight 10/19/2020!

Hello Marching Warriors,
Just wanted to send out one last message about tonight’s performance.  I have a few extra tickets if you need them, please let me know!!

  • Bring your band masks and bell covers tonight just in case
  • Call time is 6pm (in your full band uniform ready to go so you may want to arrive early to get dressed and ready)
  • Performances start at 7pm (we are doing our full field show)
  • The event will end at 8pm

Here are some guidelines for any attending.
1.    Stadium open at 6:00pm each night

2.    Stadium cleared out by 8:00pm each night

3.    Tickets will be printed with school colors to help traffic flow in the stadium- certain colors sit on certain sides.  Only people having these tickets will be admitted.

4.    Spectators will enter the stadium on either the east or west side, depending on the area assigned to each school for the event (WE ARE ON THE WEST SIDE TONIGHT)

5.    To meet social distancing requirements, CMU and D51 have placed  four small  dots on the bleachers prior to this event.  Each family unit must sit within a dotted area, leaving six feet between each family unit.  Please do not remove dots.

6.    The gates will be closed at 7:00pm.  At this point, no one will be admitted or readmitted if they leave early.

7.    People not abiding by these guidelines may be removed from the event

8.  The Handicap level will be closed

9.  While in the stadium a mask must be worn at all times
