Volunteer and Donations Needed!

It is impossible for our organization to function at 100% without the help of our countless volunteers.

Not all volunteering is at in-person events. We are continuing to find ways behind-the-scenes for parents/guardians/family/friends to get involved with the CHS band program. If you are too busy to volunteer at an event, perhaps you can help out behind-the-scenes.

Please find a list of all of our current volunteer needs below. Each event is a link. Please click the link to be brought to the CHS Bands Volunteer Signup website. There, you can view the volunteer roles/times that are needed and sign up to help.

When signing up to volunteer, please give all of your information including your email address and phone number. This will allow us to contact volunteers for each event, if needed.

Fundraiser for Band – 8/21/21

Urgent – Fundraiser for Band – 8/21/21

We got very short notice today of a fundraising opportunity tomorrow night.
If you want to help AND attend a concert at Las Colonias Ampitheater, it’s your lucky day. We need 4 adults to volunteer to serve beer at the Nathaniel Ratliff and the Night Sweats concert (with special guests Delta Spirit). Because it is beer concessions we can only have adult volunteers.

We make working fun!! We have worked concerts at Las Colonias before and had a blast.

If you are interested and have nothing planned for Saturday night, sign up HERE. It would be from 4:30pm-10:30pm (approximately) It is VERY short notice (as we just got word of it a little while ago). Please sign up as soon as you know if you can help. You will receive further instructions once you are signed up.
